Birgit Mueller-Blech (owner/designer for inge-glas of Germany) is a survivor of lymphoma cancer. In gratitude for her miraculous recovery, following a 5 year battle with this disease, Birgit wated to support children who are dealing with similar difficult situations and so she created the Birgit's Wish series of ornaments. The United States Cancer Society for Children will receive 15% of the proceeds from the sale of these ornaments to fund cancer research. Each mouth-blown ornament is handpainted and beautifully gift-boxed. Birgit Muller-Blech has personally signed each ornament.
